There are many things wrong with our health care system but I would like to address one of the problems at this time.
My views come from personal experience.
My Doctor began to refer me to various specilist's
Most of the time they didn't even give me an examination and when they did, they never gave me any results.
I saw the charges at the receptionest's desk in some cases and they were astronomical. Eighty percent paid by Medicare
It took me a while to catch on but I finally quit that Doctor and am getting all those services from the VA.
If it was happening to me, then is happening to everyone, especially hypocrondaks.
What an enormous waste of the taxpayers money.

I agree that we cannot afford to institute a new entitlement program that does everything for everybody. Your proposal makes a lot of sense.
